Aachi has successfully commissioned Spices Processing Unit with imported Cold Grinding Pulverizing Technology (German Technology) at Gummidipoondi which processes around 50,000 metric tonnes of Spices and Spice Mixes annually. Aachi sources all seasonal spices directly from Guntur, Telangana and Byadigi (Karnataka) and Coriander from Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, Big Cardamom from Siliguri, Darjeeling, Green Cardamom from Munnar – Kerala etc. The main advantages of procuring these spices during season, gets Premium Quality, Good Aroma and Colour, Aroma Retention, Minimum color deterioration.
AACHI has also started another project at Redhills in Chennai at 2015 for manufacturing ofMineral Water, Fruit Juices, Biscuits, etc at a capital cost of Rs.15 Crores and got the tremendous response over the quality of the products. More than 100 Corporate companies have been reached by Aachi Mineral water and fruit juice.
The factories are ISO, HACCP, GMP& HALAL Certified and comply with Food Safety and Management System (FSMS/ISO 22000:2005). All this is backed by continuous and relentless product and process improvement, continuous development of new products and development of new and appealing packaging in line with the changing tastes around the world. All incoming raw materials and packaging are tested for compliance to set specifications. All product flows are monitored on-line as part of Quality Assurance. Quality Analysts keep close vigil on Process Flow for compliance and Standard Operating Procedures and Regulatory Issues.
Today, Mr. A.D. PdamasinghIsaac, markets the wide range of products manufactured over 24 MSMEs and has plans to increase it to 100 MSMEs by 2019. It is the exorbitant quality in him that catapulted him to become the Chairman of MSME Panel of CII, Chennai Zone.
As a mile stone of Aachi’s many achievements, Aachihas been awarded the National Award for “Best Employer for Empowering Persons with Disability – 2016” by The President of India, “His Excellency” Shri. Pranab Mukherjee on 03rd Dec 2016.
